Vanessa studied photography and visual arts at Ucol Palmerston North qualifying with a Diploma in Photographic Imaging and gaining 5 awards in the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers over three years of her studies.  Vanessa then won two more awards in 2013 achieving a bronze and two silver awards, featured below.
