How often do we step back and take a different perspective? Every time I do yoga and teach yoga too, I get an insight on how easily perspectives can change. Every time we look up in a yoga pose the perspective changes! Taking this off the mat helps when we are stuck on something, anything that we may be carrying heavily, we can step back, look at it again from a different angle. Like, really look at it. It helps.
